Dan Briggs

1979 Topps

Briggs spent parts of seven seasons in the big leagues, playing for five different teams in the process. While he was never an every-day player, he did play 104 games for the San Diego Padres in 1979. That season resulted in his career highs in practically every hitting category as he finished with eight home runs, 30 RBI and 34 runs scored. His batting average, however, was just .207. For his career, Briggs was a .195 hitter.
