Today’s batch includes Ted Kazanski, Gary Blaylock and Tony Taylor.

Interesting facts on each of them, courtesy of the back of their baseball cards.

  • Kazanski was apparently a great fielder.
  • Taylor never played second base before coming to the majors. That did not stop him from playing 140 games at second for the Cubs in 1958.
  • Blaylock led the International League in hit batters.
