Gary Gray

1981 Fleer

Gray spent parts of six seasons in the big leagues, playing for the Texas Rangers, Cleveland Indians and Seattle Mariners from 1977-1982. In 211 games he hit .240 with 24 home runs. His best year came in 1981 when he hit .245 with 13 home runs for Seattle. He played in a career-high 80 games for the Mariners in 1982, but saw his power numbers drop off, as his home runs fell to seven. Gray left MLB following the season to play in Mexico. He remained in the Mexican Baseball League until 1987 at which point he retired.
